About the role
Manage a clinical team to ensure timely, quality clinical deliverables within budget. Represent department in cross-functional initiatives to enhance business objectives.

• Manage clinical staff including hiring and performance management. • Ensure timely execution of clinical deliverables with quality focus. • Liaise with cross-functional leaders to drive clinical deliverables. • Oversee clinical budget, forecasting, and resourcing. • Drive culture of proactive escalation and quality risk management.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • 10+ years relevant experience. • 5+ years management responsibility. • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills. • Expert knowledge of clinical trials regulations and guidelines.
