About the role
Lead a team of Bioinformatics Scientists in Women's Health and Organ Health research. Oversee research, assay development, and production-ready pipeline creation for diagnostic projects.
What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor bioinformatics team. • Own research strategy for new product development. • Lead bioinformatics analysis for assay development. • Partner on study design and data quality. • Move research prototypes into production workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Ph.D. or M.S. with experience in related fields. • 7+ years bioinformatics, 3+ years leadership. • Experience in diagnostic sequencing assays. • Expertise in NGS analysis and multi-omics. • Strong programming and data analysis skills.
