About the role
Provide executive leadership to the NGO, develop and implement strategic direction, lead fundraising and partnerships. Strengthen organisational capacity and sustainability.
What you’ll do
• Guide development of strategic direction with Board. • Lead organisational development and planning. • Lead fundraising and income-development activity. • Provide senior leadership to staff team. • Provide strategic oversight of programme portfolio.
What you’ll bring
• Senior leadership experience in charity or related organisation. • Strong strategic and organisational thinking. • Experience in fundraising and resource planning. • Experience in people leadership and organisational development. • Strong understanding of African contexts, ideally Nigeria.
