• Direct corporate governance and build effective systems. • Drive legal roadmap for IPO readiness and compliance. • Structure and execute financings to support growth. • Lead M&A legal work from negotiation to integration. • Design legal processes for global scaling and subsidiaries.
What you’ll bring
• JD from U.S. accredited law school with 7–15 years experience. • Experience with high-growth private companies and IPO readiness. • Strong knowledge of financings, M&A, governance, and equity. • Comfortable advising on complex, grey-area legal issues. • Exceptional writing skills, precise and compelling.
