• Provide technical support via phone, email and web. • Own and manage support cases to resolution. • Contribute and maintain knowledge base articles. • Draft technical notices for communication. • Participate in weekend working rotation.
What you’ll bring
• Undergraduate degree in technical subject or equivalent. • Experience with Linux troubleshooting and server administration. • Knowledge of programming fundamentals and networking. • Strong English communication skills. • Ability to travel internationally twice a year.
