About the role
Manage subscription renewals to protect recurring revenue and grow customer annual revenue. Deliver excellent customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Own B2B renewal portfolio maximizing recurring revenues. • Meet and exceed quarterly renewal quotas. • Forecast renewal portfolio accurately. • Use Salesforce to manage renewals and generate leads. • Build strong renewal relationships with customers.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in SaaS renewals or customer success. • 3+ years experience with Salesforce or similar CRM. • Good numeracy and Excel skills. • Strong written and verbal communication. • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
