About the role
Create and maintain technical content for Professional Services Portfolio under mentorship. Support content updates, training, and enablement materials for cybersecurity services.
What you’ll do
• Design and update consulting service offerings and training content. • Maintain and refresh existing courses and labs. • Create collateral for new offerings. • Deliver pre-production training and live demos. • Provide Tier-1 support and perform content reviews.
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years in Information Security or equivalent. • Exposure to vulnerability management concepts. • Technical writing or training experience beneficial. • Knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows, Linux. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
