About the role
Manage day-to-day operations and administration of internal applications with a focus on AI initiatives and change management. Partner with stakeholders and teams to ensure effective system adoption and alignment with organizational goals.
What you’ll do
• Support system application initiatives with IT professionals. • Manage user management, security, and permissions. • Troubleshoot support tickets efficiently. • Lead AI initiative rollouts and training. • Maintain policy and technical documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience. • Basic communication with stakeholders. • Understanding of system administration and SaaS support. • Experience with AI platforms like ChatGPT. • Ability to work with remote and offshore teams.
