About the role
Act as liaison between major clients and laboratory, providing technical support and managing client interactions. Prepare quotes, schedule meetings, and ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
What you’ll do
• Liaise between clients and laboratory. • Prepare and submit project quotes. • Schedule and run client meetings. • Provide technical support and advice. • Manage client enquiries and complaints.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry or related. • 3+ years lab scientist experience. • 2+ years customer/client contact experience preferred. • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Pharmaceutical development. • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
