About the role
Provide hands-on support and guidance to clients on Atlassian tools to improve productivity and success.
What you’ll do
• Administer Atlassian products and assist client implementations. • Provide scheduled on-call support and respond to outages. • Participate in process improvement efforts. • Acquire and maintain Atlassian certifications. • Support Sales team with proposals and client reviews.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years client service or help desk experience. • Experience as Jira administrator preferred. • Manage multiple clients and issues simultaneously. • Communicate effectively with technical and business audiences. • Advise clients on best practices and guidelines.
