About the role
Design, build, monitor, and maintain automated workflows to support business operations. Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and ensure smooth processes.
What you’ll do
• Test and validate workflows to meet business requirements. • Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n or similar tools. • Monitor workflows to identify and resolve errors. • Document workflows and maintain knowledge base. • Prepare governance reports on workflow performance.
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years experience in workflow automation or related role. • Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar. • Proficiency in spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting. • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and SQL. • Strong documentation and communication skills.
