About the role
Support daily operation of CPS Japan concentrate plant and execute automation projects to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Focus on Batch, PLC, and SCADA systems in liquids and dry parts value streams.
What you’ll do
• Support shop floor control and building management systems. • Prepare troubleshooting reports and conduct training. • Develop obsolescence profiles for hardware and software. • Draft user requirements and develop software codes. • Lead cross-functional resolution plans for throughput and safety.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering. • Native Japanese and intermediate English. • 3 years experience in shopfloor system integration. • Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, SQL, ERP, MES, IoT platforms. • Strong communication and planning skills.
