About the role
Provide remote technical software support for commissioning, testing, and post-sale assistance in industrial automation. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and automation issues to reduce downtime.
What you’ll do
• Provide remote technical support for PLC, HMI, inverter, and industrial networks. • Analyze software malfunctions via remote connections and diagnostics. • Support commissioning, start-up, and testing of plants. • Collaborate with electrical and automation teams on non-conformities. • Prepare technical reports and update issue resolution documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Technical diploma or degree in Industrial Automation or related fields. • Deep knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs. • Experience with industrial networks like Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP. • Familiarity with remote access and industrial teleassistance. • Good problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
