About the role
Support and optimize automated systems and workflows in R&D and clinical diagnostics labs. Collaborate with scientists and engineers to maintain and improve liquid handling robots and lab automation.
What you’ll do
• Support liquid handling robots troubleshooting and qualification. • Build knowledge on multiple laboratory automated liquid handlers. • Coordinate with end-users and cross-functional teams. • Prepare documentation for equipment qualification and procedures. • Oversee functional and validation testing of lab equipment.
What you’ll bring
• BS in Biomedical engineering or related field; MS preferred. • 2+ years lab automation engineering experience. • Technical proficiency with robotics and liquid handling systems. • Experience in computer programming or method writing. • Flexible schedule and ability to travel between Austin sites.
