About the role
Support incidents, service requests, and changes in security, privacy, IAM, infrastructure, and DevOps. Work with Microsoft Entra, Azure, and ITSM tools for the Belgian energy market.
What you’ll do
• Follow up and resolve incidents and service requests. • Execute and monitor changes in security and IAM teams. • Support internal stakeholders and colleagues. • Contribute to security and privacy policies and procedures. • Manage technical and administrative onboarding/offboarding.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar technology. • Knowledge of PKI and IT networks. • Experience managing Azure and Microsoft Entra ID. • Familiar with ITIL and process documentation. • AZ-900 certification and bilingual in French and Dutch.
