About the role

What you’ll do
• Prepare, mix, knead, ferment, shape, score, and bake baguettes. • Ensure consistent quality, taste, texture, size, and appearance. • Measure ingredients accurately and follow approved recipes. • Meet daily production targets and ensure timely availability. • Maintain proper food hygiene and clean working environment.
What you’ll bring
• Previous professional baking experience, preferably with baguettes. • Formal training or certification in baking is an advantage. • Knowledge of bread-making techniques and fermentation. • Ability to produce high-quality baguettes consistently. • Good time management and organizational skills.
