About the role
This internship offers hands-on exposure to fintech and banking software implementation and support. Work alongside experienced staff to learn core banking system deployment and client support.
What you’ll do
• Attend client implementation sessions. • Prepare training materials and documentation. • Assist with QA/testing of new features. • Support ticket triage and troubleshooting. • Assist with client onboarding tasks.
What you’ll bring
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn. • Interest in banking or fintech software. • Some accounting knowledge preferred. • Strong communication skills. • Based in Lagos or able to work on-site.
