About the role
The Benefits Realization Manager ensures Digital, AI, and business transformation investments deliver expected value. This role leads benefits realization capability and works with leaders to define value, establish success measures, and validate outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Establish standards and governance for benefits realization. • Partner with stakeholders to define expected outcomes. • Maintain benefit tracking and realization reporting. • Partner with Change Management to ensure adoption. • Deliver executive dashboards and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5-7 years in benefits realization or related fields. • Experience developing business cases and value plans. • Strong analytical and financial skills. • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives.
