About the role
Support Sales Estimating teams by managing bid inboxes, qualifying invitations, setting up projects, and performing quantity takeoffs. Ensure accuracy and timeliness to help the company win work.
What you’ll do
• Monitor and manage regional bid inboxes daily. • Review and qualify incoming bid requests. • Set up projects in STACK for takeoff and estimating. • Perform quantity takeoffs using company standards. • Generate bid activity and productivity reports.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years construction takeoff experience. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. • Proficient with STACK and Microsoft Office 365. • Strong written and verbal English communication. • Reliable high-speed internet and secure work environment.
