About the role
Provide credit and lending-related sales and service to BMO customers. Advise customers on borrowing strategies and products that meet their objectives.
What you’ll do
• Understand customer needs and provide credit advice. • Manage transactional outcomes or refer internally. • Escalate complex issues to managers. • Maintain knowledge of banking and lending products. • Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years relevant experience or equivalent education. • Knowledge of personal lending and home financing. • Familiarity with contact centre processes and policies. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Analytical and problem solving skills.
