About the role
Submit medical billing, work insurance edits/errors, follow-up on claims adjudication, and communicate with payers and patients.
What you’ll do
• Review and correct denied and rejected claims. • Follow-up on unpaid accounts to collect payment. • Research payer correspondence and phone calls. • Review and update patient insurance information. • Report trends and payer issues to management.
What you’ll bring
• High School or GED required. • At least 1 year experience in similar work. • Analytical skills to gather and interpret data. • Clear communication and organizational skills. • No certification or licensure required.
