About the role
Conduct comprehensive analyses of multi-omics data from organoid systems and normal tissues. Develop computational frameworks for organoid quality assessment and biomarker identification.
What you’ll do
• Analyze multi-omics datasets including single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing. • Consult on experimental design with wet-lab teams. • Develop computational pipelines for data processing and analysis. • Benchmark organoid data against normal tissue profiles. • Collaborate on result interpretation and manuscript preparation.
What you’ll bring
• PhD in bioinformatics or related quantitative field. • Extensive single-cell data analysis experience. • Proficient in R and Python programming. • Basic knowledge of proteomics and metabolomics. • Preferred experience with organoid datasets and machine learning.
