Bottling Plant Supervisor

About the role
Oversee daily cylinder filling, quality checking, storage, and dispatch operations. Manage a team of 7 operators to meet throughput and safety targets.
What you’ll do
• Supervise shift filling lines enforcing fill-by-weight rules. • Coordinate check-weighing, valve testing, leak detection. • Manage operator shift rosters and monitor downtime. • Submit daily bottling and dispatch statements. • Collaborate with Maintenance and EHS teams on safety and calibration.
What you’ll bring
• 5–8 years LPG bottling or process plant experience. • At least 2 years supervisory experience. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering or related field. • 2nd Class Upper or Upper Credit qualification.
