About the role

What you’ll do
• Partner with senior executives to define transformation objectives. • Shape vision, roadmap, governance, and mobilization approach. • Align business, operations, architecture, data, and delivery teams. • Oversee operating model, workflow, digital core, data, and AI design. • Lead client relationships and cross-functional consulting teams.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years management consulting or brokerage experience. • 5+ years leading complex enterprise transformation programs. • 3+ years advising senior stakeholders and leading teams. • Bachelor's degree required. • Knowledge of brokerage platforms and insurance value chain preferred.
