About the role
Support reliability of flight avionics hardware across the product lifecycle for human-rated space stations. Work at the intersection of design, manufacturing, integration, and test to ensure safety, quality, and performance.
What you’ll do
• Own build reliability for avionics hardware and work centers. • Partner with teams to ensure quality and verification plans. • Define readiness criteria and drive risk retirement. • Drive maturation of avionics production processes. • Lead containment and root-cause investigations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. • 2+ years in manufacturing, design, quality, or reliability. • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. • Excellent communication and technical skills. • Ability to travel up to 5% and support mission-critical events.
