About the role
Manage quality quotations, purchase orders, and work orders to exceed customer expectations. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional responses to customer requests.
What you’ll do
• Own execution of low and medium complexity technical projects. • Review jobs processed by team members for accuracy. • Process orders, quotations, and inquiries efficiently. • Communicate drawing and shipping schedules to customers. • Price and process change orders promptly.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 8 years industry experience. • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Advanced understanding of construction and engineering principles. • Effective communication with all levels internally and externally.
