About the role
Join the Antifraud & Disputes team to prevent fraud and improve fraud prevention processes across bank products. Support new product launches by addressing fraud risks early in development.
What you’ll do
• Gather and document business requirements for fraud prevention tools. • Analyze fraud prevention processes and identify improvements. • Translate requirements into specifications for Engineering and Data teams. • Support implementation of fraud controls across products. • Collaborate with Operations and Design to improve workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ year experience as Business or Product Analyst. • Experience gathering and managing business requirements. • Basic SQL skills or willingness to learn. • Understanding of system integrations and data flows. • Good communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
