About the role
Provide support and enhancements for SAP S/4 Service and Construction Management software. Focus on Sales, Service, and HR functional areas for North American and global operations.
What you’ll do
• Support SAP application system users and software tools. • Provide 2nd and 3rd level help desk support and training. • Liaise between business users, vendors, and user community. • Analyze and document business requirements and prepare specifications. • Perform testing and quality assurance of system functions and reports.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5+ years leadership experience. • 4+ years SAP SM S/4 service and construction management experience. • 8-12 months SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience. • Strong customer service and project management skills. • Fluent in English with good communication skills.
