About the role
Lead and build Mercury's enterprise-wide business continuity program to maintain critical services and recover from disruptions. Coordinate BCM efforts across teams and ensure readiness for bank-launch.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement enterprise BCM framework and policies. • Conduct business impact analyses and map dependencies. • Set recovery time and point objectives with owners. • Lead risk-based exercise program and remediation. • Build and manage BCM team and promote awareness.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in business continuity or related field. • Experience building enterprise BCM programs. • Strong skills in impact analysis and recovery planning. • Technical fluency with cloud and disaster recovery. • Experience managing BCM analysts team.
