About the role
Support growth in Behavioral Health Staffing through new business development and outbound sales. Build early-stage client relationships and identify staffing opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Generate new business via proactive prospecting. • Conduct high-volume sales outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn. • Position engineering staffing solutions to hiring managers. • Build client relationships and identify qualified opportunities. • Negotiate bill rates and contract terms.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in business development or sales in staffing. • Exposure to behavioral health staffing preferred. • Proven ability to meet outbound activity and sales targets. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Highly organized with time management skills.
