About the role
Drive growth and performance of private-sector payroll lending portfolio. Develop employer partnerships and manage loan origination and portfolio risk.
What you’ll do
• Identify and manage private-sector employer partnerships. • Drive loan origination and portfolio growth. • Develop underwriting criteria and manage deductions. • Monitor portfolio risk and compliance. • Prepare reports on sales and portfolio performance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. • 6-10 years in consumer or retail lending. • Experience managing lending portfolios. • Strong credit risk and portfolio analytics skills. • Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria.
