About the role
Drive employer partnerships, sales, loan origination, portfolio performance, underwriting, remittance, risk, and compliance for payroll lending.
What you’ll do
• Own sales execution and achieve pipeline targets. • Collaborate with teams to drive business growth. • Identify and manage private-sector employer partnerships. • Drive loan origination and portfolio growth. • Travel extensively across Nigeria for business development.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. • 6–10 years in consumer or retail lending. • Experience in fintech or digital credit operations preferred. • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. • Ability to travel extensively across Nigeria.
