About the role
Drive business expansion and revenue growth in real estate through strategic partnerships and investments. Identify opportunities and convert prospects into sustainable revenue.
What you’ll do
• Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects. • Source and close high-value real estate deals. • Present performance reports and forecasts. • Develop business plans and investment presentations. • Build relationships with investors and partners.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum 2 years in business development or real estate. • Strong negotiation and networking skills. • Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills. • Ability to identify profitable opportunities.
