About the role
Manage and develop ten enterprise facilities to operate as viable businesses under supervision. Develop business plans, financial models, and support cooperative registration and entrepreneurship training.
What you’ll do
• Assess business position of each facility. • Develop business plans and pricing tools. • Design revenue-sharing and cost recovery plans. • Set up bookkeeping and coach treasurers. • Link participants to financial services.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in related field. • 4+ years in enterprise or cooperative development. • Experience with business plans and bookkeeping. • Training skills in entrepreneurship and finance. • Fluent English and Hausa.
