About the role
Find and open doors with dispensaries that haven't discovered Dutchie yet. Build target lists, run sequences, and start conversations that turn into qualified meetings for Account Executives and Managers.
What you’ll do
• Build and work target account lists across U.S. dispensaries. • Run cold and warm outreach via call, email, and social. • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and Managers. • Log activity and source data accurately in CRM systems. • Hit activity and meetings targets with regular coaching.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years sales or outbound prospecting experience. • Track record of hitting pipeline-generation targets. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. • Coachable mindset with curiosity about cannabis retail industry.
