What you’ll do
• Validate client policy and property data files. • Upload data into claims management system. • Configure claim templates and workflows. • Support implementation and onboarding of new schemes. • Perform testing and UAT support.
What you’ll bring
• 3 to 6 years in insurance or claims operations. • Strong data validation and quality checking skills. • Experience with system configuration and implementation. • Good MS Excel and data file knowledge. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
