What you’ll do
• Design multi-step tasks from real operations work. • Define objective grading criteria for task outputs. • Create or source supporting materials for tasks. • Flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks. • Deliver approved tasks on schedule and quality.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in business operations or process design. • Experience with SOPs, QA checklists, or training assessments. • Strong Excel skills and multi-document reasoning. • Strong English, B2 minimum, C1 preferred. • AI or LLM evaluation experience is a plus.
