About the role
Drive budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and business performance management across the organization. Provide strategic financial insights and support executive decision-making.
What you’ll do
• Lead annual budget and medium-term business planning cycle. • Own monthly and quarterly forecasting process. • Drive cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. • Prepare performance reports for Executive Committee and Board. • Lead benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. • MBA or MSc Finance is an advantage. • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA. • Minimum 10 years FP&A or related experience. • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors preferred.
