About the role
Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention for the Errandigo app in Ikeja. Convert sign-ups into paying customers and ensure completed errands.
What you’ll do
• Re-engage inactive customers and grow customer base. • Acquire and onboard businesses and individuals. • Build customer relationships and resolve issues. • Coordinate with Errand Captains for rider availability. • Maintain records and submit performance reports.
