About the role
Support cross-functional stakeholders by managing and sustaining key SaaS applications. Collaborate with business and technical teams to document requirements and ensure successful application use.

• Develop expertise in OCR application and modules. • Collaborate with vendors and SMEs on system behavior. • Support application upgrades and server updates. • Track and coordinate internal requests. • Create business process mappings and user stories.
What you’ll bring
• University degree or equivalent experience. • 5-8 years relevant experience. • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to travel for planning events.
