About the role
Manage daily café operations including staff supervision, customer service, sales, and stock control. Ensure quality standards and business performance targets are met.
What you’ll do
• Oversee opening, service and closing procedures. • Prepare staff rotas and manage shift coverage. • Reconcile cash, card and transfer payments daily. • Conduct daily stock checks and monitor inventory. • Submit daily sales and operational reports.
What you’ll bring
• At least two years supervisory or management experience. • Practical experience with POS and inventory management. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Understanding of food hygiene and safe storage. • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
