About the role
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, requests, and follow-ups while delivering excellent customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. • Respond to enquiries and resolve complaints. • Escalate complex issues appropriately. • Maintain accurate customer interaction records. • Follow up to ensure issue resolution.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND, or equivalent qualification. • 1-2 years experience in call centre or related role. • Excellent communication and listening skills. • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. • Basic computer literacy; CRM experience an advantage.
