About the role
Manage and coordinate incoming service requests and schedule field service activities. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and excellent after-sales support.
What you’ll do
• Monitor progress of open service calls. • Coordinate technician schedules. • Log and manage customer service requests. • Communicate service updates to customers. • Generate reports on service call metrics.
What you’ll bring
• 4 years experience in customer service or call coordination. • Bachelor's Degree or HND in related field. • Experience with CRM or service management systems. • Experience in consumer electronics or related industry preferred. • Strong organizational and communication skills.
