About the role
Drive volume hiring of Campus Managers by sourcing, qualifying, and converting student entrepreneurs. Support growth by working closely with the Recruiting Team Manager.
What you’ll do
• Follow detailed recruitment plan and processes. • Promote job through outbound recruiting campaigns. • Screen potential Campus Manager candidates. • Schedule prospecting meetings with interview team. • Prepare weekly recruiting metrics report.
What you’ll bring
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Fluency in English. • 1+ years high volume recruiting experience. • 1+ years outbound sales and marketing experience. • LinkedIn recruiting experience preferred.
