About the role
Lead capacity planning for Coinbase's Compliance Workforce Management team to meet regulatory demand efficiently. Use AI-informed tools to forecast and staff compliance operations.
What you’ll do
• Own forecasts and capacity plans across compliance queues and markets. • Use hybrid human–AI tools to build capacity models. • Create multi-scenario staffing plans balancing service and cost. • Partner with vendor management to meet staffing targets. • Collaborate with Finance and Recruiting on capacity alignment.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in Workforce Management with capacity planning expertise. • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and WFM platforms. • Experience planning for FTE and vendor/BPO workforces. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
