About the role
Lead engineering strategy and delivery for clinician and patient experience in healthcare. Build tools for a patient-centric model of care ensuring safety and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Own technical vision and delivery for Care platform. • Define and deliver engineering roadmap with product and design. • Ensure platform meets safety, security, and regulatory requirements. • Build and mentor engineering managers and leaders. • Drive alignment across teams and manage trade-offs.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years software engineering experience. • 5+ years managing multiple teams. • Experience with clinical or regulated health data systems. • Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance-driven design. • Strong communication and executive presence.
