About the role
Provide survivor-centered and child-friendly case management services to children at risk and GBV survivors. Ensure safety, dignity, and wellbeing of clients through assessment, case planning, referrals, and follow-up.
What you’ll do
• Identify and register children at risk and GBV survivors. • Conduct survivor-centered assessments of clients' needs. • Develop and review individual case plans. • Provide emotional and psychosocial support. • Refer clients to health, legal, and shelter services.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years experience in child protection or GBV case management. • Training in Child Protection or GBV Case Management preferred. • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field. • Fluency in English and local languages. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
