About the role
As a CDD Operations Analyst, you will protect LemFi and its customers from financial crime while enabling safe access to products. You will review alerts, assess risk, perform due diligence, and respond to compliance requests.
What you’ll do
• Assess transaction monitoring and sanctions screening alerts. • Perform enhanced due diligence on high risk customers. • Escalate suspicious activity appropriately. • Fulfil due diligence requests from partners. • Respond to compliance related customer tickets.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years AML or CDD compliance experience. • Experience with KYC, ID verification, sanctions, monitoring alerts. • Ability to assess customer risk independently. • Strong English communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
