About the role
Optimize and guide the entire cement production process including crushing, grinding, and calcination. Monitor operations, solve abnormalities, and improve production quality and efficiency.

• Optimize cement production process and adjust parameters. • Monitor process operation and solve abnormalities. • Formulate and supervise process standards and improvements. • Collaborate with technical team on debugging and upgrades. • Train and assess process operators.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. • 3+ years cement plant process engineering experience. • Ability to analyze faults and optimize production. • Basic oral Chinese preferred, proficient English required. • Familiar with safety management and emergency handling.
