About the role
Provide administrative support for provider scheduling and coordinate appointments within the EMR system. Communicate scheduling changes with staff and patients promptly.
What you’ll do
• Build templates for new providers. • Change templates for existing providers. • Implement daily schedule changes per policy. • Reschedule patient appointments as needed. • Maintain up-to-date scheduling data.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Two years healthcare experience. • Preferred bachelor's in Business or Healthcare. • Experience in high volume academic setting. • Strong communication skills.
